General releases are often a hit or miss when it comes to sneakerheads. In some cases, it’s knocked out of the park and that’s what keeps us coming back for more. Recently released to all major athletic stores and e-tailers like Eastbay, the Nike Anthracite pack is just that. The simple color scheme alongside highly detailed accents is eye-catching in a modern yet old school way. The standout sneaker in this pack is the Blazer High, which was recently seen on hip-hop superstar Jay-Z during a concert in California. The other two sneakers that make up this pack are the Air Max LTD and the Vandal Low.

The Nike Terminator made a lot of noise these past few months especially with the release of the VNTG Terminators that were an added bonus to the Be True to Your School VNTG Dunks. Now it seems Nike wants to bring the Terminator some more love by giving it it’s very own Quickstrike Color Pack. The Quickstrike pack consists of three Terminator High’s in Powder Blue, Orange/Red, and Green. The shoes have outsoles that are a lighter tone of their upper color but the best thing about these is the tonal Safari print on the heels of each shoe. These are a Quickstrike release meaning you can only pick them up at select Nike retailers. They are scheduled to hit shelves at some point in May. via Sneaker News // Kenlu

You can always spot a continental European streetwear company a mile off, can’t you? They just have a certain look and style, usually pretty simple styling, which somehow manages to be both loud and subdued at the same time, even though that is a complete oxymoron. Ucon, a Berlin-based streetwear label, are more on the subdued end of things, focusing more upon high-quality designs rather than something that shows that wearer to be craving attention. This hoodie for example, it’s simple, just two colours and a bit of striping for interest, but I like it, I’d like to wear it with a bright t-shirt underneath, a bright t-shirt that shows that I crave attention (now who’s an oxymoron!).Costiness=€69.95 Link

It’s not often that you see a hoodie which has shoulder straps on it, in fact I don’t think I can’t recall ever seeing one, which makes this hoodie from Freshjive quite the novelty. Other than the shoulder straps it is a fairly simple hoodie, with the exception of ‘Freshjive’ being written on the lower back, in a style which is a bit too gangster for me, but the black/heather grey contrast works pretty well.Costiness=$112 Link (get up to 20% off your order by using the rep code AS7594 and support HYA in the process)
