Adidas has launched an off-the-court EQT Basketball Campaign which has over time proven to be very successful. The brand has now joined forces with Damani, an upcoming West Coast rap artist who is under contract with Snoop Dogg himself. The result of this hot collaboration is the shoe seen here now, the Adidas EQT Basketball Low - Damani.

The shoe stands out in a black/green/red/gold colorway which manages to blend high quality materials with urban style. The shoe was given the added touch of rapper Damani’s logo and the words “Congratulations Player” added to the heel. Via Got Sole?

Here we feature some pictures of several models that help to make up the Adidas Consortium 2009 Collection. Included in the pack is a pair of Conductor High, ZX800, Metro  Attitude High, Micropacer, and Americana.

The NBA All-Star Game is the perfect opportunity for sneaker fanatics to peep some of the hottest in shoe trends. It is also the chance for top sneaker brands to showcase new products, design ideas and extraordinary PE’s. At this year’s games Adidas will be issuing forth the Adidas All-Star 2009 - Bounce Commander x Lightning Creator in colorways representing both the East and West. The Adidas Commander was created with maximum comfort in mind as well as cushioning and support. They have graced the feet of pro athletes including Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett and Dwight Howard.

The Lightning Creator was built  lightness and speed in mind and was worn by Derrick Rose, Chauncey Billups and Tracy McGrady. Each pair of shoes will be available in either Silver/Sunset Blue or Desert Red/Gold colorways to represent the East and West. Via Freshness.

As we have mentioned several times already this month, Adidas is celebrating 60 years of Soles and Stripes this year, and you can expect to see plenty of hot releases from their arsenal. A classic basketball style, the Adidas Decade High is seen here in a New york Knicks color combination. They sport a leather / nylon mesh construction and feature a white, blue, and orange color palette. Also, portions of the shoe feaure a diamond like / grated pattern which also links back to he Adidas 60th Anniversary. They are now available for purchase at select Adidas accounts. pics via LTD.

Here is the kind of shoe that can stop you in your tracks. The Adidas 80’s Snakeskin Pack shown will feature three Adidas silhouettes dressed in a premium leather quality snakeskin pattern. The 80’s Superstar is composed of an intense deep burgundy colorway with a shiny finish. The Stan Smith 80’s houses a simpler look with just a classy black colorway, while the third model, the Campus 80’s, features a sandy desert-like colorway with a suede toe-box and tongue. Adidas is scheduled to release the Adidas Decade Pack to help celebrate 60 Years of Soles and Stripes. The pack features several classic silhouettes from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. Shown here are the Football LEA (1950’s), All Round V (1960’s), SL ‘72 (1970’s), Stan Smith (1980’s), and Torsion Bank Shot (1990’s). Look for them to begin hitting Adidas Originals retailers in the coming weeks. Via Complex.

This collection will feature the work of three different designers. Fashion designer Kazuki of Fragment Design collaborated with Adidas Originals to create the shoe shown here featuring a black, white and red colorway composed of waterproof Gore-Tex material on the upper. This is just one shoe in part of the grand collaboration ideas aimed for the designers and Adidas. Lookout for future posts from this collection as well as matching apparel items. Adidas is releasing another hot colorway of the classic Adidas ZX 700 model which is a shoe that we never seem to grow tired of. The shoe sports a black suede base with grey and purple highlights. These are certainly a hot commodity for any true Adidas fan to have. They will be sold for the retail price of $78. Via Daily Drop.

Adidas continues to push out models in celebration of their 60 years in the game. Shown here is an OG version of the all time classic Adidas Top Ten High. The Top Ten High was named after the top ten players of the early 80s including, Doug Collins, Marques johnson, Kermit Washington, Adruan Dantley, Bob Lanier, Bobby Jones, Billy Knight, Sidney Wicks, Mitch Kupchak and Kevin Grevey.

This shoe is composed of a mostly all white upper of full grain leather with navy blue accents included on the side panels, tongue, out-sole and heel, all of this rests atop a 100% rubber sole. The phrase “30 Years” is displayed on the shoe laces. As is the norm from Adidas models, this shoe will provide extreme ankle support, herringbone traction and comfortable padding. This shoe first saw a rise in popularity back in 1979 when Adidas teamed up with basketball superstar Rick Barry. Via OverKill.

The Adidas Superstar is getting an 80s style makeover to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Soles and Stripes. Two Superstars (Shell Toes) are set to release as part of the collection. Both shoes feature the original Superstar shape but the Superstars’ profile is slimmer and lower than other Superstar models of today. The shoes will release in two OG colorways, either White/Red or Purple/Black/White. Look out for these to hit Adidas accounts in the near future.
